Knoxville Hospital and Clinics CEO Kevin Kincaid says 2014 was a time of major changes for their facility.

Kincaid says some things can be seen by patients, such as the ongoing expansion project, but other things, such as changes to health care strategies in the long term, may go unnoticed.
Kincaid says one of the main focus items for the New Year will be to improve the overall health of the Knoxville community.
