Two Knoxville people have been charged with multiple counts of child endangerment.

45-year-old Steven Brett Van Loon has been charged with one count of child endangerment causing injury, a Class D felony, and three counts of child endangerment while 31-year-old Anna Jean Van Loon has been charged with three counts of child endangerment.
According to court documents, a child was injured while the two were having a drunken argument. Both registered a preliminary breath test that was nearly three times over the legal limit. There were three other children in the home at the time of the incident.
They’re scheduled to appear in Marion County District Court on Tuesday, January 13th.
