The 2nd Annual Knoxville Hospital & Clinics Emergency Response Training Initiative (ERTI) will begin Wednesday, January 21st.
Marion County Emergency Management Coordinator Jeff Anderson says they have 12 students for this year’s class. He says the idea came about after having discussions with Knoxville Hospital & Clinics CEO Kevin Kincaid about needing a greater number of qualified EMT’s in the area.
Anderson says the course will be offered annually. Those interested in attending future sessions should contact Marion County Emergency Management.
