The Pella School Board started the process of evaluating Superintendent Greg Ebeling at their meeting this week.
The board asked Ebeling questions related to six standards that principals and superintendents statewide are held to in Iowa. Ebeling says the board asked him about the school’s overall vision, management and retention of staff, and community partnerships. The board will hold a closed session at their next meeting on Thursday, January 29th to complete the annual review, which needs to be submitted by February 1st in accordance with Ebeling’s contract.
