Fifty years in prison was the judgment handed down against a Knoxville man accused of committing sexual acts against a minor.

62-year-old Patrick Michael Kennedy pled guilty to five counts of Lascivious Acts with a Child, all Class C felonies.
According to court records, Kennedy was arrested by Knoxville Police in November for having sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl in August.
