Trailing all game to winless Colfax-Mingo, the Pleasantville boys’ basketball team ended the regular season with a win, prevailing 51 – 48 over the Tigerhawks last night. Josh Luna hit a three in the final minute to give his team their first lead of the game, and the Trojans held on for the victory. Luna finished with 14 points, Brady Elder had a dozen, and Pleasantville enters the postseason with a record of 15 – 6, having won 11 of their last 12. The Trojans begin that journey to “The Well” on Thursday against Iowa Christian Academy.
