The first workshop of the year for the Marion County Employers’ Council is set for Thursday.
Karen Eischen with the Pella Chamber of Commerce says the focus of this bimonthly meeting will be how to handle workplace conflict and confrontation. Corey Stevens with IowaWORKS of Central Iowa will discuss these topics at the Pella Pizza Ranch on Main Street from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The program is free and lunch is available at a cost.
