Melcher-Dallas and Twin Cedars were each well represented on the Bluegrass Conference all-conference boys’ basketball teams for 2014-15. The Saints had Chase Wetterling make it to the first team all-conference. In his senior season, Wetterling averaged 19 points per game while shooting better than 43% from the field. He also grabbed seven rebounds per game. Brock Breese received an honorable mention. The 12th-grader averaged a double-double this season with 12 points and 11 rebounds per contest. Twin Cedars’ Otis Roby was a unanimous first team selection. He put up nearly 21 points and grabbed 12 rebounds per game. Sophomore Cam Arkema was chosen to the second team; Arkema was the second leading scorer for the Sabers with almost 15 points per game. Trenton Bacus received an honorable mention.
