One woman is in custody after violating her probation and now faces new charges for felony drug manufacturing and possession.
Tonya Kleinendorst was arrested Monday night on a Marion County Warrant in Prairie City for violating her probation. According to court documents, Kleinendorst originally violated the terms of her release in February after failing to complete a substance abuse treatment program stemming from a 2014 conviction. The new violation stems from the arrest Monday, where Kleinendorst now faces charges in Jasper County for manufacturing more than five grams of methamphetamine, a class B felony, and possession of methamphetamine, a class D felony. She received a suspended five year prison sentence after she was found guilty of 2nd degree theft last April.
