Many were without power in Pella this morning after a vehicle left the roadway and hit a power pole and then a garage less than a mile north of the city limits.
Just after 2 a.m., Marion County Deputies and Pella Ambulance responded to 2270 Graceland Road. Police arrested the driver of the vehicle, 22-year-old Nathanial Reams of Leighton, and charged him with OWI, first offense. KNIA/KRLS News will have more details as they become official.
