Logan Gilman and Trey Lindsay were two of the big pieces to the PCM boys’ basketball team’s puzzle for the 2014-15 season. They combined for 30 points per game, which is just over half of the team’s scoring average, and they were both in the top three in rebounding for the Mustangs. There are five guys on a basketball team, though, says Coach Fred Lorensen, and it was the supporting cast that really stepped up in a big way this year to carry them to the district final. PCM loses a total of seven seniors from their varsity team, but will bring back a talented, young squad to the court for 2015-16, led by the senior-to-be, Logan Gilman.
