The Army Corps of Engineers at Lake Red Rock are still in the process of finding a developer to complete renovations that started over six years ago at one of their recreational areas.
Assistant Operations Manager Josh Conrad tells KNIA/KRLS news the Lake Red Rock Marina was improved to allow for a space that could be used regardless of the lake level. He says the operations of the current marina are contracted out to a private firm, and the Corps is currently waiting for a developer to come in and express interest to complete work at the site. The original updates were finished in 2011.
