It’s not rocket science that the non-conference schedule in any sport at any level is about getting your team ready for the important league games that are to come. This rings especially true for the 2015 Central baseball team. They lost a record number of seniors after last year, but bring back some talented juniors and underclassmen chomping at the bit to show what they can do. Coach Matt Schirm feels his team can and will be ready to make some noise in the Iowa Conference starting this Saturday.
