The Knoxville Police Department is searching for a man accused of felony domestic abuse.

30-year-old Jacob Lee Baxter is wanted for Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Breathing Causing Injury, a Class D Felony. He’s described as approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, 160 pounds, with hazel eyes and light brown hair.
Baxter is not considered a danger to the public.
