It was a financial decision that will be beneficial to both the Knoxville and Pella school districts.

That’s how Knoxville Superintendent Cassi Murra has described the new transportation agreement that was approved by both school boards last week. She says with no supplemental state aid set for next year, entering into agreements with other school districts allows them to be more efficient with their funds and get some additional money from the state for shared programs.
