A Knoxville man already facing felony abuse charges now has additional charges against him after he allegedly followed and threatened his victim.

30-year-old Jacob Lee Baxter has been charged with Stalking, a Class D felony, and Tampering with a Witness.
According to court records, Baxter followed the victim around Knoxville Tuesday, trying to force her to stop her vehicle and getting out of his vehicle several times to confront her.
Baxter turned himself in to Knoxville Police last weekend on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault, a Class D felony, for an incident on March 26th and a no-contact order was served.
A preliminary hearing on all charges has been scheduled for Tuesday.
