Knoxville School Board
The proposed 2015-2016 Certified Knoxville School Budget will be discussed during a public hearing Monday to start off the regularly scheduled school board meeting.

A lack of additional state funding has led the Knoxville Community School District to include a slight property tax increase in their budget.
Superintendent Cassi Murra says the property tax increase can be adjusted, if the Iowa Legislature provides schools with some sort of Supplemental State Aid before the session ends.
The budget must be submitted to the state by Wednesday.
The Knoxville School Board will meet at the Board of Education meeting room beginning at 5:30pm.
