Pella Christian High School is celebrating a milestone this Saturday.
A 75th anniversary open house will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the high school on Eagle Lane, with a special presentation scheduled for 1 p.m. in the Vermeer Auditorium. Former Athletic Director and Eagles alum Jerry Vermeer says he’s been a part of Pella Christian for more than four decades, which he is thankful for. He says the afternoon presentation will feature a variety of speakers covering eight different topics about the school’s past, present, and future.
