A Pella woman was arrested by the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Task Force late Sunday night for allegedly endangering her child by possessing meth.
Thirty-three year old Gina Villalobos was taken into custody at a 16th Street apartment and charged with child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to court documents, police executed a search warrant at the home and found a crystal-like substance in a dresser drawer, which field-tested positive as meth. Police say that the drawer also contained children’s clothing. The Pella Police Department assisted with the investigation.
