Day two of Tulip Time festivities in Pella featured a returning act downtown, as well as a visit from the district’s U.S. congressman.

The 34th Army Band from the Iowa National Guard were the highlighted entertainment in the evening.

Earlier in the day, U.S. Congressman Dave Loebsack stopped by to help scrub streets and participate in the Volk’s Parade. He says it’s necessary to connect with all constituents in his district, even if it’s in a more light-hearted manner as he did in Pella.
