Not guilty was the plea entered by an Attica man Friday to multiple sexual abuse charges.

38-year-old Danny Ray Cunningham Jr. has been charged with six counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse, all Class C felonies.
According to court records, Cunningham was arrested last month for incidents that allegedly took place between January and April of this year with a victim age 14 or 15.
Cunningham is scheduled to have a pretrial conference on Friday, May 22nd.
