Pella High School senior Heidi Groenendyk will continue her throwing career at Northwestern College. Groenendyk says she originally planned to go to AIB until they announced they weren’t accepting new students or athletes this fall, so she had to improvise a plan B. Groenendyk plans on throwing the shotput and majoring in accounting.
