A Lovilia woman faces a felony charge after she allegedly passed a fraudulent check to purchase hundreds of dollars of goods from the Pella Walmart.
Raechel Comstock has her initial appearance this week after she was arrested and charged with forgery, a class D felony, and 4th degree theft. According to court records, Comstock was caught on video making the fraudulent purchase in March.
