One of the services offered by the VA Clinic in Knoxville is the Mental Health Intensive Case Management program.

Nurse manager Marla Kay Bronson says the purpose is to decrease hospitalizations. A registered nurse and social worker will help veterans adapt to the community and take them to appointments.
Bronson adds they also offer a nurse who will help veterans set up their medications so they can take them at home on their own.
The Knoxville VA Clinic is located in Building One of the VA Campus.
