An Attica man has changed his plea in a sex abuse case.

38-year old Danny Ray Cunningham Jr. pled guilty Friday to three counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse, each a class C felony. He originally entered a not guilty plea to six counts earlier this month.
According to court records, Cunningham was arrested last month for incidents that allegedly took place between January and April of this year with a victim age 14 or 15.
Marion County Attorney Ed Bull tells KNIA/KRLS News that bond has been revoked and that he plans to ask that Cunningham be sentenced to 20 years in prison. Sentencing will take place in August.
