The Pella Police Department is holding an informational meeting about their reserve officers today.
Pella Police Chief Robert Bokinsky says reserves are an extension of their department and assist during special events throughout the community. He says it’s also a good opportunity for those looking to gain law enforcement experience. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in the Council Room at the Pella Public Safety Complex.
