ARRESTS:
 On 5/31/15 Jeffrey W. Werner, 54, of Pella was charged with theft 1st-possession of stolen property.
Werner was incarcerated for the night.
 On 6/01/15 Donald J. Reed, 39, of Knoxville was charged with 3rd degree burglary and theft. Reed was incarcerated for the night.
 On 6/06/15 Jami A. Sibaja-Toledo, 37, of Ottumwa was charged with driving while suspended.
Sibaja-Toledo was cited and released.
 On 6/06/15 Troy Dee, 54, of Pella was charged with allowing minors on premises. Dee was cited and released with a court date.
