Marion County Board of Supervisors Chairman Mark Raymie says the final property owner has signed an option agreement regarding the Attica-Pershing Sewer project, paving the way for testing to begin.

Raymie made the announcement during the Board of Supervisors meeting Tuesday.
Details still need to be worked out with the surveyor of the project, but Raymie is pleased the process is moving forward.
In December, the Central Iowa Water Association withdrew from the project due to delays.
