It’s the 60th Anniversary of the Marion County Historical Society and to celebrate the group is holding an open house at the Society’s Historical Village in Knoxville Sunday.

The eight building village offers a variety of artifacts for viewing. The event will feature music and food from the 1917 Dunbar popcorn wagon along with door prize drawings for 2016 annual memberships.
The open house will be from 1pm to 4pm in the village located at Marion County Park. It’s free and open to the public.
