Main Street in Knoxville is expected to be completed with Streetscape work before July 4th.

Assistant City Manager Aaron Adams says it’s refreshing to see that, weather permitting, this portion of the project will be finished ahead of schedule. He says city staff has recognized how much of an adverse effect a project like this can have on residents and businesses, so their intent has always been to complete Streetscape construction work as quickly as possible.
