The City of Knoxville announced the winner of the Paint Iowa Beautiful award.

Dennis Mart of 410 East Pleasant was chosen by a committee to have the exterior of his home painted with free exterior paint from Diamond Vogel as well as volunteer labor. A date for the project is still pending.
