The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has issued an enhanced risk of severe weather for Marion County. The primary threat will be large hail, and there’s also a chance of an isolated tornado. The strongest thunderstorms are expected east of the county. The KNIA/KRLS Severe Weather Action Team will break in live on the air and online at KNIAKRLS.com in the event of a severe thunderstorm or tornado warning.
A slight risk of severe weather has been issued for Wednesday, with hail again the primary threat.
