Jeanette Seibert was selected as the May Shining Star by co-workers at Pella Regional Health Center.
The Harvey resident is a CNA in skilled care, and was nominated based on what co-workers say is a commitment to patients that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Shining Star is a reward and recognition program at Pella Regional designed to acknowledge an employee each month that demonstrates outstanding standards of behavior. Seibert will receive $100, a plaque, and is nominated for the Shining Star of the Year award.
