Hard to believe we’re more than halfway through the calendar year already. Basketball season is less than five months away, and Central College and the men’s hoops program wants to help kids increase their skills by holding various camps in a few weeks. The Dutch are taking registrations for their individual skills camp July 20 – 23 for grades 5 – 12 and a high school team camp on July 24 and 25. In addition to toning specific fundamentals, athletes will be able to compete in 5-on-5 contests. Craig Douma and his coaching staff will be providing the instruction at both camps. Douma will be coaching his fourth season at Central this winter, after compiling a 46 – 33 record through his first three.
