Non-profit organizations were featured on the Pella square at this week’s Thursdays in Pella.

Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity Lisa Crabbs says she and other non-profits in Pella were a part of a children’s mini-golf game. She says the evening served as an opportunity to meet potential volunteers and present information about their ongoing projects.

Pella Ambulance and Pella Fire also conducted an extrication demonstration on Broadway Street, where EMTs and firefighters simulated a rescue of a trapped motorist.
