ARRESTS:

 On 07/15/15 Joel A. Followill, 32, of Knoxville was charged with driving while suspended. Followill was cited and released to the Marion County Sheriff’s office.

 On 07/17/15 a juvenile from Otley was charged with theft 5th degree. The juvenile was cited and released to a family member.
