An Attica man will find out his sentence in a sex abuse case Friday.

38-year old Danny Ray Cunningham Jr. pled guilty in May to three counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse, each a class C felony. According to court records, Cunningham was arrested for incidents that took place between January and April of this year with a victim age 14 or 15.

Marion County Attorney Ed Bull tells KNIA/KRLS News he plans to ask that Cunningham be sentenced to serve a 20 year prison sentence.
