A Pella woman facing felony theft charges has been sentenced after entering a plea agreement.
Tisha Pettyjohn, 36, pled guilty to two counts of 2nd degree theft in Marion County District Court. Pettyjohn was arrested in Marion County in March and had two additional charges of 3rd degree burglary, both of which were dismissed. She received five years of prison for each count, set to run concurrently. She is currently at Mahaska County Jail and faces a probation violation after she pled guilty to possession of pseudoephedrine in 2012.
