Water Levels on August 12th[/caption]

Several recreation areas at Lake Red Rock that were closed due to high water have now reopened.

Whitebreast Beach, the South Overlook Boat Ramp, and the section of Volksweg Trail adjacent to Marina Cove are now open for public use.

The following roads remain closed due to lake levels:
Beardsley St west of 40th
Briggs at the Intersection of 60th Ave
Elk Horn Drive south of Dubuque
115th Place north of Illinois
Kennedy Street west of S71
160th Ave north of Jersey

Lake Red Rock is expected to be back to 742 feet, or normal conservation pool, by the end of the month.
