Bryan Clauson has been long known as a midget and non-wing driver. For the second straight year, B-C has made the Knoxville Nationals A-Main driving with wings. Clauson won the last chance qualifiers race last night leading Danny Dietrich, Brent Marks, and Billy Alley over the line. Clauson and the affore mentioned three also put their cars in the show for tonight’s race. Clauson told KNIA/KRLS Sports his crew and owner Matt Wood have worked hard and last night it finally paid off. Also punching his ticket to the A-Main was Lynton Jeffery, who won the Speed Sports News World Challenge. A spot in the Nationals Championship Race awaited the winner or highest finisher in the top three not already locked in. Tonight, five races to decide the winner of the 55th Annual F-V-P Knoxville Nationals.
