Marion County Fair Queen Kiley Elder will take her place among the other county fair queens today in hopes of becoming the 2015 Iowa State Fair Queen.

Elder, who was one of eight ladies competing in the county competition in June, says she’s extremely excited to represent Marion County.

She made several appearances at the state fairgrounds this week and will be a part of the Iowa State Fair Queen coronation on the Anne and Bill Riley Stage beginning at 7pm
