The Pella Opera House is preparing for its annual kick-off event this week.

The 2015-16 season opening party is set for Thursday at 6 p.m. Opera House Executive Director Kevin McQuade says they will preview many of the performances coming up this year. He says they will also provide information about their silver anniversary celebration.
