A reception for outgoing Knoxville City Manager Harold Stewart will be held Friday.

Stewart, who’s been city manager since June 2011, is leaving to take the same position in Warrensburg, MO.

The event will take place in the community room at Knoxville City Hall starting at 2pm and the public is welcome to attend.
