Knoxville was able to get new wayfinding signage up in time for this year’s Nationals.
The color and lettering scheme was discussed over several city council meetings earlier this year. The Knoxville City Council felt going with a blue and white color scheme would make it easier for visitors to read them.
The signs were produced by Iowa Prison Industries at a cost of under $25,000.
The new signs can be found in the downtown area, along T-15, and on Hwy 14.
