The Pella Opera House kicked off their 25th anniversary with an open house Thursday.

Executive Director Kevin McQuade says they announced all of their upcoming acts in the 2015-16 season and welcomed new and returning members.

“Its just our way of trying to be as accessible as possible to everybody in the community,” McQuade says.

“Hopefully, when people come visit, they look at what were doing for the season and they say, ‘you know there’s some great stuff going on here, let’s get involved.'”

He says they will have many headliners in the coming year, including King of the Cowboys, Three Men and a Tenor, National Players, and the Second City Touring Company, among others.
