It’s a rivalry match up on KNIA/KRLS tonight when PCM and No. 4 in Class 1A Pella Christian clash on the gridiron.

These two teams flashed their offensive ability when they met last season, with PCM turnovers acting as the key difference in the 44-30 Eagles victory. Eagles Head Coach Rich Kacmarynski is well aware of the Mustangs’ ability to sling the football around, and says containing Logan Gilman’s passing attack is a big key to earning a W.

“We’ve got to slow Gilman down, we’d like to get some pressure on him,” Kacmarynski tells KNIA/KRLS Sports. “I don’t want him to be able to sit back there all night and have his way with us.”

The PCM football team also understands the big play ability from Pella Christian’s junior quarterback David Kacmarynski and a very talented wide receiving core. Coach Greg Bonnett told KNIA/KRLS Sports they need to put the pressure on him and force him out of rhythm.

Our coverage is available on two streams, with the Pella Christian side of things on 92.1 KRLS and PCM featured on KNIA2 at KNIAKRLS.com. Both broadcasts are also available on our free mobile apps, with pregame coverage set to begin at 6:30 p.m.
