A pajama party will be held at the Knoxville Public Library, courtesy of Marion County Public Health.

Assistant Director and Maternal Health Coordinator Rachel Cecil says it’s open to any families in Marion County with children 0 to 3 years of age and there will be hands-on activities for them.

Funds from Early Childhood Iowa were used to purchase copies of the book, Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed, which will be given away to the first 60 families.

The event starts at 10am on Thursday.
