Felony charges have been filed against a Knoxville man accused of stealing several bicycles over the weekend.

18-year-old Zachary Joseph Smith has been charged with 2nd degree burglary, a Class C felony, 3rd degree burglary, a Class D felony, and 4th degree theft.

According to court documents, Knoxville Police arrested Smith early Tuesday morning after recovering a total of five bicycles that were stolen from the north side of the city on Saturday and Sunday.

Smith is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Friday, September 11th.
