With a large number of citizens expected to discuss options regarding the Fallen Soldier silhouette at the Freedom Rock Memorial, the Knoxville City Council meeting for today has been moved to the Knoxville Performing Arts Center.

Interim City Manager Aaron Adams says they want all citizens to have an opportunity to have their say, so they will limit comments to about two to three minutes per person and are asking for only new ideas to be presented to the council.

The meeting will begin at 6:15pm and can be heard on AM 1320/FM 95.3, KNIA.
