One of three Pella residents involved in an August drug bust on Highway 163 has pled not guilty to a felony drug charge.
Dustin Levi Vos, 32, is charged with one count of a controlled substance violation-conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine, a class B felony. According to court records, Vos was in a vehicle with 31 year old Kristin Marie Scott and 22 year old Sarah Lynn Ferguson. Police stopped the car owned by Scott and executed a search warrant, and the three were accused of driving to Des Moines to sell meth.
Vos has a hearing set for a probation violation charge on September 25th after he pled guilty to assault causing bodily injury and 2nd degree harassment in January. He could face an additional two years of prison if found guilty.
